4. Compensation

Compensation, attribution, payment timing, chargebacks, eligibility and other economic terms are controlled exclusively by the applicable written agreement. No earnings, production, implementation or income result is promised or guaranteed. Examples on the site describe program positioning, not partner earnings.

5. Professional standards and compliance

You are responsible for maintaining every license, registration, continuing-education requirement and authorization applicable to your activity, and for complying with all independence, ethics, disclosure and professional-conduct requirements. You must provide accurate information and promptly disclose material changes. Black Flag may verify credentials and may reject or discontinue an application or relationship as permitted by law and contract.

6. Marketing and representations

You may not market a program, use Black Flag branding, publish advertising, make tax or legal claims, quote compensation, bind any party or represent that you have authority from Black Flag unless expressly permitted in writing. Approved materials and required disclosures must be used as directed.

Website information is general and may change. Program services, pricing, eligibility, administration, payroll treatment and availability vary by employer and jurisdiction. Black Flag does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice. Employers and professionals should consult qualified advisors before acting.

8. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, submit false information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site for a competing purpose, or use information obtained here unlawfully. Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, payroll files, protected health information, client lists or confidential third-party information through the application form.
